The staff was really friendly. The hotel is fairly clean and peaceful. The room was big and pet-friendly with nice decor. It had a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment for our comfort. The location of the property was good, so close to train tracks. It was right by restaurants, Claremore, and surrounding areas.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the inviting and friendly front desk staff. They greeted me with a warm smile and were always ready to assist me with any needs or questions I had. The lobby had a nice modern charm to it, and there were plenty of options for snacks and drinks from the vending machines. I also appreciated the presence of a business center, where I could work on my documents and projects.
I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. The TV remote in my second room didn't work, and instead of fixing it, the front desk staff simply moved me to another room.

The hotel had clean rooms and pleasant staff. They provided nice service when the rooms were serviced and were apologetic about the days when it wasn't. The front desk was helpful and they had a luggage carrier available. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner efficiently kept the room cool. The location was convenient as it was within a few minutes of many attractions in the Tulsa area.
